In short
- We prepare and submit NZQA and registration applications for you, with your consent.
- We do not give immigration advice or handle visa applications.
- NZQA, registration bodies and Immigration New Zealand make every decision. Nobody can guarantee a result.
1. Who we are
QualiPath is a qualification-pathway service based in Ghana. We help teachers, nurses and midwives, students, graduates and other professionals understand how their qualifications are viewed in New Zealand, and we prepare and submit applications to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and professional registration bodies on their behalf.
QualiPath is an independent business. We are not part of, endorsed by, or acting for the New Zealand Government, NZQA, the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand, Te Kaunihera Tapuhi o Aotearoa (Nursing Council of New Zealand), the Midwifery Council, Immigration New Zealand or the Government of Ghana.
2. We are not immigration advisers
Under New Zealand law, immigration advice may only be given by a licensed immigration adviser or a person who is exempt, such as a New Zealand lawyer. QualiPath does not give immigration advice, does not prepare or lodge visa applications, and does not advise on visa eligibility.
If you need visa advice, use a licensed adviser. You can check a licence on the Immigration Advisers Authority's public register.
3. Decisions are made by official bodies
The outcome of any qualification assessment, registration or visa application is decided only by the relevant official body. QualiPath cannot influence those decisions and does not promise or guarantee any assessment level, registration, job, visa or timeline.
4. Information on this website
The information on this website is general guidance, written in plain language. It is not legal advice. Official fees, rules and processing times change, sometimes without notice. We show a "last verified" date on key figures, but you should always confirm details on the official website before you act or pay.
5. Links to other websites
We link to official websites so you can check facts yourself. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.
6. Reviews and stories
Client stories on this website are from real clients, published with their written consent. Experiences vary, and one person's result does not predict yours.

- Official fees go to the official body. Our fee is separate and stated clearly.
- Your documents must be genuine. We stop work if they're not.
1. Our services
QualiPath offers a free pathway review and paid services to help you assess, recognise and activate your qualification for New Zealand. Exactly what is included in each paid service is set out in your written quote.
2. The free pathway review
The free review is a 30-minute call followed by a one-page written summary. It is guidance only. There is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
3. Fees and payment
- We give you a written quote before any paid work begins. Work starts only once you accept it.

- Payments to QualiPath are made only to our registered business account or business mobile money number, as shown on our Contact page. Never pay into a personal number.
- We issue a receipt for every payment.

- Check the details in any application before we submit it
5. No guarantee of outcome
NZQA, registration bodies and Immigration New Zealand make all decisions. We do not guarantee any assessment level, registration, job, visa or processing time, and our fee is for the work we do, not for a particular result.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Our refund policy for our own fee depends on how much work has been done, and is set out in your quote. Official fees are refunded only under the official body's own rules, which are often limited.
Refund stages and amounts to be confirmed before launch.
7. Our liability
We take care in everything we do. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for decisions made by official bodies, delays caused by them or by third parties, or losses caused by information you gave us that was incomplete or incorrect.
